Yes. IASTEM members are eligible for a special registration discount. Please contact the Conference Coordinator to receive the applicable discounted registration fee.

2. How do I register for the virtual conference?
You can register for the virtual conference through the same online registration and payment process. For assistance, please contact us at info@iastem.org.

3. What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to conference sessions, conference proceedings, speaker presentations, conference materials/kit, and applicable certificates. For physical participation, lunch and refreshments are also included.

4. Is there a group discount for participants?
Yes. A group discount is available for three or more participants from the same organization or university. Please contact info@iastem.org for details.

5. I am registered but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may substitute another participant in your place at no additional charge. Please contact info@iastem.org to process the transfer.

6. Is there a discount if I submit two research papers?
Yes. The second research paper can be registered at a 50% discount on the applicable registration fee.

7. Can the university or organization name be mentioned on the invoice?
Yes. The university or organization name can be mentioned on the invoice if the conference registration is being funded by the institution.

8. Can I pay the registration fee onsite?
Yes. Onsite registration may be available, but the onsite registration fee will be higher than the online registration fee. Participants planning to register onsite should provide their travel itinerary at least one week before the conference.

9. Can I register after the registration deadline?
Registration after the deadline is generally not accepted for physical participation. Late registration may be considered for virtual participation, subject to availability and approval by the organizing team.

10. Can I change my participation from physical to virtual?
Yes, where applicable, participants may request to change their participation mode from physical to virtual. Please contact the Conference Coordinator for assistance.

11. Can I change my participation from virtual to physical?
Yes, subject to availability and applicable registration requirements. Please contact the Conference Coordinator before making travel arrangements.

12. Can I attend the conference without presenting a paper?
Yes. Participants can register as a Listener/Delegate and attend the conference without presenting a research paper.
