Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation will be 15 minutes in total, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
The paper must be presented by one of its authors or co-authors.
Presentations may be delivered using the presenter's own laptop or the computer provided in the session room. The available computer will run Windows and support Microsoft PowerPoint.
Presenters using their own devices should bring their presentation file on their laptop or a USB drive. A volunteer will be available to assist with starting the presentation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft × 4 ft).
Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters. Posters should be set up before the opening ceremony, as directed by the organizing committee, and removed at the end of the poster session.
At least one author or co-author must be present during the poster session to discuss the research and answer questions.
Posters will be displayed in the designated conference area.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS

How to Present Live Online

Authors must submit an abstract or full paper for evaluation through the conference's double-blind peer-review process, in accordance with the applicable submission requirements.
Following acceptance and confirmation of participation, the organizing committee will arrange a technical test before the conference. Participants will receive instructions on how to connect to the virtual conference and deliver their presentations.
After the presentation and conclusion of the conference, participants will receive digital copies of the applicable conference documents, presentation certificate, and proceedings, in accordance with the conference's publication and participation policies.
Physical conference documents, where applicable, will be sent to the participant's registered postal address after the conference.

Technical Requirements

• A laptop with a headset or a desktop computer with a webcam and microphone or headset.
• An updated version of Google Chrome.
• A stable internet connection.
• A quiet, well-lit environment with a professional background.
• Ensure that your browser and operating system permit access to your camera and microphone before joining the session. If security software blocks access, adjust the relevant permissions or consult your IT support team.
