Mode of Presentations
IASTEM offers oral, poster, and virtual presentation options. Authors are requested to follow the relevant guidelines below to ensure a smooth presentation experience.
1. Guidelines for Oral Presentations
- Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors.
- Presentations may be delivered using the presenter's laptop or the computer available in the session room (Windows system with Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Presenters should bring their presentation file on a laptop or USB flash drive.
- A volunteer will be available to assist with starting the presentation.
2. Guidelines for Poster Presentations
- The maximum poster size is 36 inches wide × 48 inches high (3 ft × 4 ft).
- Authors must arrange the printing of their own posters.
- Posters should be set up in the morning before the opening ceremony and removed at the end of the designated session.
- At least one author or co-author must be present during the poster session to discuss the research with attendees.
- Posters will be displayed in the designated conference area.
3. Guidelines for Virtual Presentations
IASTEM offers virtual presentation options for participants who are unable to attend the conference in person. The available formats are:
- Live Video Presentation
- PowerPoint Virtual Presentation

Technical Requirements
Participants opting for virtual presentations should ensure that they have:
- A laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and microphone or headset, as required.
- An updated version of Google Chrome or the browser specified by the conference team.
- A stable internet connection.
- A quiet, well-lit environment with a professional background.
- Appropriate browser permissions for camera and microphone access.
Participants are encouraged to test their audio, video, and internet connectivity before the presentation. Please follow the technical instructions provided by the organizing committee.
